Guardian Program

Our guardian program allows select Sageland Poodles’ breeding dogs to live in homes as family pets while still being apart of our program

Any dog in the guardian program is owned solely by Sageland Poodles. When the dog is no longer eligible to be apart of our breeding program (can happen at any age), ownership will be transferred to the guardian home.

Who is eligible?

Anyone who is able to care for the physical and financial demands of pet ownership is encouraged to apply. The puppy will be provided at no cost to you.

The guardian home must not have any aggressive or intact dogs of the opposite sex

The guardian home must live within 3 hours of Tri-Cities, WA and must be willing to transport or meet for breeding or testing

Must commit to a 4-6 year commitment

Requirements

The guardian home is required to provide all of the care that comes with dog ownership. This includes veterinary care, physical and mental care, grooming, etc.

The guardian home is required to get their puppy CGC certified

Sageland Poodles will be responsible for all costs associated with breeding of the dog
